Getting started guide
Download, run the installer and launch — no setup wizard to fight.
Pick a master password; your data is encrypted at rest on your own computer.
Mich is free to use, limited to 10 records of each main type and 5 receipts. In About → License you can see how much of each limit you have used. Everything else is unrestricted: enter donors and gifts, generate receipts, run reports and take backups from the first launch.
Create a designation, campaign and appeal first, so your very first gift can be attributed properly instead of landing as an unassigned amount.
Enter supporters by hand, or import them from a vCard (.vcf) file
exported from Outlook, Apple Contacts, Google Contacts or your phone.
Log a donation, split it across funds if needed, and watch the dashboard update.
