Before you write

• Check the FAQ — it covers licensing, the free version, privacy, and data.
• License or activation trouble? Have your license key and the fingerprint from About → License handy.
• License key never arrived after purchase? Check your spam folder first, then write in with the email address you used at checkout and we will look it up.

Keep your data safe

Because your database lives on your computer and is encrypted with your master password, you are in control of your backups. Use the built-in one-click backup regularly, and never lose your password — without it, your data and backups cannot be recovered.
