See what is overdue

Pledges quietly fall behind. Mich works out which ones without being asked, but you have to go and look.

The Pledges list showing total, remaining, installment count, frequency and both status columns

Remaining and Payment Status are the two columns that matter here. Payment status is recalculated as dates pass, so a pledge that missed its date last week already reads Overdue.

Filter to just those

Click Add Filter and build a row on Payment Status is Overdue. Stack another row to narrow further, by campaign or designation.

Where else this surfaces

Upcoming Pledge Payments on the home dashboard lists what is due next.
The Donor Pledges report gives the same picture per donor, with totals, and exports to CSV for a call list.
Pledge Fulfillment on the dashboard tracks the proportion of pledged money actually collected.
